System Requirements

With CT Developer Studio you can design a CTI system for any Windows platform, including Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP. Windows 2000 or XP are recommended.

• Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, 2003, XP or Vista
• Reasonably fast CPU (Pentium III or higher)
• 512 MB of RAM
• At least 30 MB of free disk space, as well as approximately 1 MB of space per minute of voice mail messages
• UNIX operating systems: try FastIVR for Cisco

Compatible Telephony Hardware

CT Developer Studio runs on Windows, and requires a PC with a compatible telephony board, including:

• Ai-Logix - SmartWorks 3.5.2
• NMS - 2005-1
• Intel/Dialogic - Dialogic SR 5.1.1 (with Service Pack 1)
